Original Packaging Requirement

  • The product must be in its original, unopened packaging.

  • Once the package is opened, the item becomes non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons.

Time Limit

  • We accept return or exchange requests within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Requests made after the 24-hour window cannot be accepted.


2. Condition of Returned Items

To approve your return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.

  • All original packaging, accessories, and labels must be included.


3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened packages

  • Used items

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items damaged due to misuse


4. Return Process

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the unopened product.

  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.


5. Refunds

  • Once the return is approved and the item is inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


6. Exchanges

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund:

  • The same conditions apply (unopened, original packaging, within 24 hours).

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
